Structure
AutoCRC has a streamlined management structure designed to enable open communication between participants, quick decision-making, accurate reporting and low overheads. A small management team manages the day-to-day affairs of the company and communication with Participants. It reports through the CEO to the Board of Directors which is ultimately responsible for the activities. See organisation chart below.
AutoCRC has a Board of 8 directors who act on behalf of all company members to ensure that the objectives and activities outlined in the company's strategic plan are achieved. The Board has responsibility for strategy formulation and review, policy making, selection of the CEO, communication with stakeholders and compliance with regulation.
