Research publications include works by AutoCRC particpants that have made a research contribution to the wider automotive community, many of which have appeared in peer-reviewed scholarly journals. As a linkage body between industry and the higher education section, the AutoCRC is responsible for the organisation and presentation of numerous conferences relating to the automotive industry and its emerging technologies. The conferences provide an opportunity for interested stakeholders to hear from the expertise of some of the industry's leading professionals and to exchange knowledge which will help sustain the automotive industry. These conferences are also a great forum for networking with like-minded professionals which can lead to many benefits for the individual. Since its inception in December 2005, the AutoCRC has grown to become an integral part of the automotive industry landscape of Australia. In that time, the organisation has continued to forge closer ties between industry and the higher education section which has produced many tangible benefits for their stakeholders. One of the major achievements has been the publication of the Automotive Australia 2020 Roadmap. This important document has defined the outlook for the Australian automotive industry in addition to identifying emerging social and technological trends moving forward. In addition to this, the Company Publications section contains miscellaneous publications released by the AutoCRC including annual reports for the last 5 years, as well as brochures which provide a snapshot of the co-operative's participants and capabilities.
