In order to maximize both the quality and quantity of research graduates entering the automotive sector, AutoCRC offers a broad, interesting and flexible research scholarship program:-

Full Scholarships – Masters and PhD

In order for graduates to be “industry ready” AutoCRC offers full scholarships for students to work closely with industry partners on research that is appropriate and in demand. Scholarships include $28,000pa living allowance + project support + professional development. Scholarships are available to Australian and international students.

Top-Up Scholarships – Masters and PhD

AutoCRC recognizes that many research students are inspired by ideas that have no immediate application within the Automotive industry. We are proud to support students conducting exploratory research that may one day lead to innovations within the industry.  Students holding APA, University, or other scholarships (not including APA industry) may apply for top-up funding to increase their living allowance to $28,000pa and will receive project support and professional development. 

Students holding APA(1) scholarships are not eligible for AutoCRC  top-up scholarships.  Please read the scholarship conditions before submitting an application.

AutoCRC understands the significant contribution that is made by professionals who choose to engage in research while maintaining their professional employment. We congratulate the companies who make this possible, and we invite those professionals to apply for funding to present their work at an international conference and to join our professional development program.

Industry postgraduate coursework study grants
 
The automotive industry in Australia increasingly requires higher levels of skills and knowledge from university graduates and professionals. In order to assist staff already within the industry, in upgrading their qualifications, AutoCRC is offering partial fees grants (up to $5000) to be awarded to employees of participant companies who engage in postgraduate studies by coursework.
